It won't make sense Linda being recruited by Leif and later appearing as recruitable boss in Genealogy of Holy war again. Linda and Amid: minor - and reluctant bosses, probably spies. She can have her happy ending in Genealogy of Holy War though, in which Nana can date other guys or die in battle, so she can be paired with Leif She and Nanna are best friends raised together, and both have a crush on Leif, who picks Nanna as his fiancee. She is Ced or Fee retainer, a member of the Pegasus cavalry, sent to help Leif's army. Anyone else agree? Or am I about to be called a n00b who doesn't understand Thracia?

Granted, I dont know where I would put them in, if they should be playable or just show up as side characters, etc. So, I think that Thracia could potentially use some of the substitutes, just to show that they are still running around. They're related to the kids they replace, and still dont even get a mention of what they're up to if Tailtiu gets hitched.

Of the substitutes, Amid and Linda are possibly the most interesting to me because they're so much more connected. They all have something that connects them to Seliphs army, yet dont even get mentioned should Sigurds army start marrying and having kids (Kaga did waifu emblem first, elitists /s). The substitute children of Genealogy have always been sort of interesting to me. However, I think that Thracia 776 could have new characters not from the original- but not necessarily new. Personally I'm neutral on pretty much all of them, but love their designs. Some hate them, some love them, some are in the middle. Now, I will acknowledge that the new characters were met with. And when doing so, I also thought of how Echoes added completely new characters to the story. So following Fire Emblem Echoes allowing Gaiden to be experienced today for us English speakers, I think it makes sense to imagine other games being remade.
